Economic mobility is a factor in all of our work but this issue goes beyond housing and economic development to influence a host of program and policy decisions for local governments—from human services, to transportation, to cultural investments. As part of this practice, we have conducted economic and fiscal impact studies of various policy initiatives, facilitated focus groups on Millennial banking preferences, assessed the profitability drivers of Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs), and analyzed the drivers of housing development cost increases.
