Language access planning is an important part of creating equitable, culturally dynamic, and welcoming communities—in addition to meeting certain federal funding requirements. The services we provide to support language access planning include demographic analyses of limited English proficient (LEP) populations, diverse resident community engagement, four-factor analyses to meet federal requirements, and best practice reviews of language access procedures.
