Project Description
Root Policy worked with the Southwest Colorado Council of Governments and Housing Solutions of the Southwest to assess housing needs in the five counties of the southwest Colorado region. The study produced a dashboard of easy to interpret information on housing trends and changes in housing needs in the region that will help local governments craft housing solutions.

A train still runs between Silverton and Durango—first started in 1882 and initially used to support mining operations, now a tourist attraction.
