Project Description

Root Policy worked with the Chaffee County Planning Collaborative to facilitate a Developer’s Forum: a consensus building conversation with local residential developers and builders. The goal of the forum was to provide input on county and municipal land use codes to inform a future Land Use Code update to encourage affordability in new developments in the county. Root synthesized and found common ground between the Planning Collaborative and Forum in a formal report to County Commissioners.
